Joke and not a hotel
This hotel is a joke and not a hotel. Bathroom did not have a proper door, you could see someone in the toiled from the room! We were in 3 and asked for second key. They said they do not have it to give us but they have the second key for them to open door if we loose our and they said that if we need they can use it to open door for us. One of us came earlier and didn’t have a key and guess what? THEY DIDNT HAVE IT so she needed to wait 2h as we come back. That is also only hotel in the Mexico that we visited without purified water to use

Hi! unfortunately it was our mistake about the key, we do not about the fact that we did not have a second key, but it is true that we fixed the problem with your bathroom door while you stayed in the hotel. Thank you for your comment because it really helps us to improve our service.

The good: Our room was big and quite nice, with a small sofa and a desk. The location isn't the most amazing but easy to walk into town from here and a good convenience store nearby. The bad: the bathroom smelled really bad and the door wouldn't stay closed unless locked from the inside, so our room smelled. The shower flooded the entire bathroom and the floors were not cleaned properly. Only one usable power socket in the room. Tiny, uncomfortable pillows.

It's a 2 Star hotel, so nothing is deluxe. But, it's clean, efficient, comfortable, and convenient. The area in the daytime is full of local commerce and traffic, but after the ships closed, it's so quiet! The streets are almost empty. The hotel is in a side alley, so it's quiet. It's about a 15 minute walk to the very center of the city. Along the way, there are lots of shops and great restaurants. And the 3 main markets.

Hola Angelica, esperemos que se encuentre bien. Ciertamente estamos cerca de la central de abastos, pero no puede calificar nuestro servicio de deficiente si usted no se hospedó con nosotros cuando las personas que se hospedaron fueron 2 caballeros y ellos se fueron muy a gusto con nuestro servicio. La próxima vez que realice una reservación que no es para usted, le recomiendo revisar bien la ubicación del hotel en una aplicacion como google maps al igual que los comentarios, saludos y que estés muy bien.

The area isn't Disneyland, but it is safe. The hotel and service are a gem, especially for the price. I compliment every person we have been in contact with; they are very nice and helpful. Quiet, clean. Recommended, for sure

A Decent Little hotel for a short stay, cheap enough, good staff, clean, & reasonably quiet. The only downside was the shower had no pressure & was just dribbling out & the Location is not the best as it’s on the edge of a sketchy area.

Tiene cerca bastantes opciones de transporte para salir a diferentes localidades. Las personas en recepción fueron muy amables. En mi baño habia una gotera constante, exactamente arriba de la tasa. Esta ubicado muy cerca del centro, pero la zona no es bonita.

Buen día ¿Nos califica así porque no pudo pagar en linea? dado que le explicamos en repetidas ocasiones que no trabajamos de esa manera con Expedia, además que no fue usted quien se hospedo y quien ocupó la habitación fue su sobrina quien ya ha sido nuestra cliente por bastante tiempo.

Es barato y el personal amable pero no tiene ningún otro punto bueno. La zona es fea e insegura, la habitación tiene un olor a caño constante, el colchón y almohadas son terribles, las cortinas dejan pasar toda la luz.

Buen Hotel, Personal Atento y algunas Mejoras
Reserve en este hotel a un costo de $500 la noche ya con IVA pues solicite Factura. El personal de Recepción muy amable y muy buen trato tanto turno de día como de noche. La ubicación del hotel me pareció adecuada está a 7 min andando del mercado 20 de noviembre y a 15 min del zócalo. Si prefieres taxi se puede usar Uber o Didi y cobran unos $53 pesos tip para q no te estafen los taxis q luego piden más de $70. La habitación q es una suit con bañera de hidromasaje todo bien era limpia, espaciosa y silenciosa. Te dan botella de agua diaria, toallas nuevas y pastillas de jabón cada día en la limpieza del cuarto. Si sale agua caliente pero tarda bastante es una pérdida de agua importe. La señal de Wifi es intermitente un punto a mejorar con algún repetidor de señal porque si afecta si tienes que trabajar algunos pendientes. También la señal de la tv se pierde aveces tienen tv por cable pero debe mejorarse. Las almohadas están súper mini tipo Cuna de bebe para una cama King Size como sugerencia venden unas Memory Foam en ultimaunidad.webmex.com.mx con 3 años de garantía calidad premium. Según el día si hay un olor raro q se suele solucionar abriendo ventana del baño y tapando desagüe al lado del wc y lavamanos. Igualmente podrían tirar spray ambientador. Por lo demás todo bien la verdad aprovechamos hacer tours q son de casi todo el día Monte Albán $200 por persona y hierve agua $300 por persona comprados a una chica por la iglesia de santo domingo. En definitiva buena estancia.

The location was ok, maybe too seedy for some people but easily walkable to mercados, the zocalo and buses. I felt much more like burden than a guest here. A weird smell came from the drain but they give you a cover for it and make sure to keep the door closed and the fan on(the fan works very well). The water takes about 30 minutes to get warm(not hot) and lasts about 5 minutes.The decor is pretty cheesy and could be easily fixed. If you're on a budget it's ok for a couple nights.

Condiciones óptimas
En las dos habitaciones no tenía el agua caliente, solo tibia, tardo mucho en salir y no caliente. En la otra habitación lo mismo, tuve que reclamar para que lo arreglaran y me pasaron a otra habitación. Lo resolvieron; sin embargo, si ellos saben que no tienen las habitaciones en las condiciones que anuncian no deberían tentarlas en esas condiciones. Me quede mojada con mi hijo enfriándonos y en espera a que saliera agua caliente. Mis familiares en la otra habitación prefirieron ya no bañarse. Al final ocupamos el baño de la recámara donde nos cambiaron, eso retrasó nuestras actividades programadas.

Very cute, comfy and clean.
They were lovely to us, the location I couldn’t say that was ideal but if I wanted a ideal location I could just pay much more. The location is perfect for price value, better said it was very descent. The room was big, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel itself was very cute and the service was great.

Hotel suficiente. Barrio pésimo
El hotel es un buen intento de hotel boutique, pero la ubicación es terrible. La entrada es por un callejón que no aparece ni en Google Maps. Zona de prostitutas, barrio bajo, cantinas. Experiencia nefasta para ir de viaje con mis hijos. Tenía reservadas tres noches, nos quedamos la primera y eso porque llegamos a la 1 de la mañana.

Beautiful Clean Hotel
This was a beautiful new hotel located close enough to the Zocalo. There is great attention to detail in all of the decoration and the beds were nice and comfy. There was a nice terrace that caught the sun during the day as well. The cleaner does a fantastic job and they spotlessly clean the rooms each day and change the towels for you. The staff were lovely and even gave us free treats and a letter of apology(!) when they misplaced our keys for a very short while. Santiago was especially kind and gave us lots of recommendations for Day of the Dead activities. A really great option in Oaxaca. One of the nicest places we have stayed in our whole 11 month trip! Thanks guys!
