"Staff was pleasant. Coffee machine in lobby did not work. Air Conditioning did not work in room. No Shampoo or Conditioner in the room. They did have available at the front desk. You have to ask. Bathroom was not clean. Stuff in sink and sand in shower."

"Two things. Cleaning the pool regularly. Its a pool.. chlorine, it’s easy to check the chemicals and balance it. You could see how cloudy/foggy the water looks.
