"Was told that it sleeps 5 but only slept 4 Told there was a fridge and no fridge. The water pressure for toilet was low and we had to borrow the plunger multiple times "

"Cleaning staff did great a job. Rooms are ok, but the bathroom door is so strange. Built like an entry door and hard to open. Makes using the bathroom at night a noisy endeavor. A/C units are built into the wall. Strange for a modern building. Should have central air. Does ok but doesn’t keep up at times. They have a laundry room but no detergent and no change (quarters). Why even have a laundry room? Some staff could be friendlier but shot out to a front desk person. I didn’t catch her...

"Nice, comfy clean hotel. Good location near various restaurants. Staff doesn’t have the best customer service when comparing to other hotels our family has stayed at. Not very friendly and they don’t greet or even acknowledge guests when we walked around. Wasn’t informed about lots of the amenities or breakfast hours at check in so figured there was something listed in the room. May stay at other hotels close by next time"
