"Great staff very clea location"

"We loved the property. I would have benefited from more lighting in the bathroom area. My husband has low vision and the darkeness was overwhelming for him to navigate without my help. We were up several times during the nights spent there. However the staff was welcoming and friendly. We truly felt welcomed., even though we were traveling with a small dog. I feel the extra expense for having a pet will deter me from another visit, even though we love the property."

"The hotel is fine and the room was suitable.The staff are great. The bed is on a platform so, by the morning, my hips were sore. The location is right by the freeway. There was construction going on just down the block and the noise commenced at 7:00 but I was able to fall back asleep after a bit. If you’re looking for an inexpensive, clean room that is close to the freeway, this place fills the bill. "This was my second stay at The Fin. My first stay was lovely. However, this time I brought my daughter with me and booked a double room. Firstly, the television..the screen is damaged and flickers lines and boxes which essentially makes it unwatchable. Secondly, the room is adjacent to neighboring business that play VERY loud music from open to close making falling asleep with constant booming extremely difficult. I had to purchase ear plugs for the second night. Parking for two nights is...

"Our room wasn’t ready at 4:00 check in time. Had to wait until after 5:00 to check in. Housekeeping was not the greatest: glasses not replaced for 2 days, coffee & sugar, cream, etc., not replaced, etc., They didn’t answer the phone when I called down to ask for clean glasses & coffee cups. Other than that it was a wonderful property and would stay again. Can’t beat the location! "

"Property stunk like weed and with no AC, made it really miserable to not be able to open windows. The walls are thin so we heard the neighbors above all night long, bed was terrible and while the beach chairs/umbrellas were nice that’s about the only positive I can say. "

"Staff was nice, they do allow pets but they charge a fee and a deposit. Room was nice and clean, and actually very quiet. A/C was strong, bed was pretty comfy, there were 4 pillows. Bathroom was clean, plenty of towels, there was a fridge, a hairdryer, a lock box, a coffeemaker, microwave, and TV. Really had everything i needed, and i appreciated the quiet room. It's very neat to food and the I-5 onramp. There's a little market inside for snacks during certain hours. I'd stay there again. "

"It's very dated and a/c was broken. The neighborhood was not the best. They charge a $200 deposit on a 1 night stay. Couldn't buy a bottle of water, because they only took cash. "
