The Onsen is what we came for 10/10. The staff was polite and helpful. The dinner and breakfast buffet was great. Definitely coming back! Mahalo nui loa for the wonderful experience staying here. Mahalo Nui loa Hakone we miss you already!

Prince Smart Inn Atami
Clean well maintained property. Despite right next to train station, the room is very quiet due to double pane window. Nice laundromat which you can monitor the availability and progress with TV in your room.

The Fujiya Hotel
This is a fantastic hotel with so much history. The staff were so lovely and accommodating and the facilities with the onsen, the garden, the bar, the lounge- everything is so lovely.
