"It was okay for the price (around $80). When I first checked in the evening during my road trip, the front desk guy charged me twice. Luckily they returned the money to me. But the main problem: even though it says it’s a nonsmoking room, it was clearly a former smoker’s room or someone was secretly smoking. "This is a microhotel so the rooms are VERY SMALL. It is convenient to Capital One arena but the price is too high. The room was clean and all just too small. Also it is very noisy on the street here. Thankfully the hotel provided earplugs or I would not have been able to sleep. The rooftop bar is nice with really nice views. Beeare that parking is .2 miles away and hardly any room to pull up out front to unload and reload. No valet parking either. All in all it wasnt a bad stay just...

"The King Deluxe room is fantastic! We brought food for dinner and breakfast and heated the up in our kitchen. Great room for the price. The location is amazing! So close to the Lincoln memorial and many other landmarks- all within walking distance"
