"Great location- really cool pub atmosphere. Room was comfy with great a/c and powerful shower. Really quiet as facing the common. Wifi was not great, but we were on top floor."

When we arrived I was a little worried because the Gateway Hotel was right on the main road going through Clapham, but you didn’t hear much road noise at all. We were there during the heat wave and was pleasantly surprised by a portable AC unit for the apt. I would definitely go there again and recommend it to others."

"The room was very clean and modern. Had everything we needed. The reception staff went over and beyond for us so it was much appreciated. Not much in the way of shops , pretty run down area and wouldn’t want to walk it at night . We would highly recommend the hotel and we would stay here again ."

"This was fine for a room for the night, but the listing suggested this was self-contained which we were surprised to discover it was not on arrival. Please be aware you will have use of the downstairs of the house, plus kitchen and garden along with the rear back bedroom and bathroom on the first floor but the booking will operate as an Airbnb style let with the host in situ. Whilst the host was incredibly friendly the check-in was confused due to information sent via the app not clearly...
