"I booked this for my older mum as we needed somewhere nearby where she could stay as I don’t have a spare room. I think the place offered a great location and was a really great price. I booked the single room which had a large single bed. The room was comfortable, clean and really well equipped for short stays. Lots of towels which was definitely a plus. Only a few negatives were that my mum would have liked a non slip mat for the shower as she felt it could get a little slippy. It...

"Absolutely terrible customer service. Despite there being 24/7 check-in. I made five separate phone calls, to what seemed like an overseas call centre, to get into the building. It probably took more than an hour of standing/sitting on the pavement outside, with one call handler simply hanging up on me, to get into the place with a dying phone battery. "Every staff person we interacted with was friendly, helpful and professional. The apartment was small but suited our needs. The combo washer/dryer took forever to wash/dry a load and settings were difficult to understand. Overall, I would recommend this accommodation."

"My single bed room was small but quiet. It was in the basement, no windows. But that helped to keep it quiet. Hot water kettle, AC, and TV all worked okay. Towels, coffee, tea, sugar, cream were restocked daily. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, Danish, juices, fresh fruit, cereals, milk, coffee and tea. Check in and out was easy."

"We did end up in a chamber room. I felt being the in the basement I should informed when you book room. It was cozy and clean however it was so small no where to put your luggage. The bathroom room shower was a decent size. Because you are in the basement a night light seems appropriate for the bathroom for middle of night use time. Two people can not be in the bathroom at same time. Our bed was comfortable and room was clean. The only daylight was a patio door that opens to another...
