"Was very handy but you could hear the noise from room next door as they turned on taps etc and people up and down the passage way. really could do with a update very old in rooms and the bathroom really need doing up but we only put our head down for night and gone early morning was nice and clean"

"The room itself was out dated. I don’t mind. The room was dirty. Spider webs on the ceilings, sticky mess on the floor at the fridge, hair and food debris inside the kitchen drawers, cups and plates still had hard pieces of food on it. Floor in bathroom had hair and debris, toilet had stains. We hooked this motel to use the facilities which we ended up never using as the outside spa pool is freazing and the covered spa pool is locked. To get a key from the neighboring hotel you have to walk...

"For the price we paid, for 4 star accommodation, we felt the bed was too soft and sagged slightly in the middle. Furthermore, the sheets were not wide enough to tuck in effectively; the became untucked as soon as we got into bed making for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. When you consider that typically, on holiday, most people would spend the majority of any time in the room, in bed asleep, therefore I find the bed and bedding to be incredibly important. In this case we were disappointed."

"I love the room, it’s clean and spacious. There are seats outside of the room for us to have tea and a lil chat. The staff is very friendly and explains everything very clearly."

"This was our first stay after almost 10 stays where we were slightly disappointed with the room. Booked the cheapest option this time so not sure if this impacts things. Staff and checkin as always great, bed still super comfy but hot chips in microwave when we got there had left funny smell. Water pressure in shower very weak usually we have awesome showers and the light from downstairs car park area came through into unit at night. Still a great location and value for money, but will go back...
