"We requested a transfer from Ortigas to Aseana thru Expedia and it was approved but when we showed up at Aseana, the front desk does not know about this transfer until we decided to book another reservation. Thanks that Red is Planet Ortigas approved our refund because of this hassle. Aseana should have taken steps to check this out with Ortigas but they did not help us."

"We enjoyed the Filipino breakfast with dried fish, chorizo, pork and beans, eggs and rice after being away for two weeks. Delivery of requested food (omelette and the freshly fried danggit could have been a little more faster, but overall the meal was enjoyable.
