"Uitstekend verblijf gehad. Kamer was ruim, schoon en verzorgd. Personeel heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Gent zien ze ons hier zeker weer terug!"

"De kamer zelf was niet goed gepoetst. Er waren nog plankerige kringen op de nachtkastjes. Helaas arriveerden we laat en vertrokken al om 03:00 dus had ik weinig tijd om het te melden. Het overige personeel en cleanlyness was ok."

"It’s a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety of food. The hotel is in a good location but not so close to the main attractions of the city. A 25 or 30 minute walk which is ok for us. We used taxi many times to save time."

"The hotel itself was nice overall, and the staff were friendly, professional, and spoke multiple languages, which was very helpful. However, for a 5-star airport hotel, there were several disappointing aspects that felt hard to overlook. The restaurant was decent, but extremely overpriced. The only available room with two beds was incredibly small, and despite the photos suggesting there was a patio or balcony area, it was actually just large windows that did not open at all. "The room was really excellent, so quiet, we barely heard a thing! Staff were so helpful with our requests and we were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent, great choices and well stocked. My only very minor issues were: we had a water bottle in our room which I assume was meant to be full, it never was. And, I drink a lot of coffee, only one day was our tea and coffee topped up and that was the day I left the drawer open to make it obvious. Also our room kept demagnetising so...

"Chambre spacieuse, literie de bonne facture, bonne insonorisation, belle vue, salle de bains spacieuse et moderne. Petit bémol niveau réglage de la climatisation. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre (normal vu la disposition et l'orientation de la chambre) mais je n'ai pas réussi à régler la ventilation ce qui fait qu'il a vite fait un peu étouffant dans la chambre."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The underground parking was easily accessed & check-in efficient & friendly (English speaking). The room was compact but comfortable with a good sized, comfy bed. I didn't hear any noise from other guests and the room temperature was easily controlled. Good TV as well. Didn't try the pizza advertised but will be returning shortly & will do then."
