"Lovely hotel, very nice front office staff greeted us when we checked in, the room was very pleasant, there’s a beautiful pool and hot tub and the lower level that we have used in the past, and the buffet breakfast was surprisingly good and the service was great. All in all a lovely place and very good value for our money. "

"Very clean seen a roach by the lobby but this is new york you're going to see one or two bugs. Ive stayed here 3 times the only bad experience was my second time staying there and the front staff late night was not helpful. Its like he didnt care how i got in my room that i was locked out of unexpectedly. So they placed me in an tiny room for the night which was crazy cause i didn't pay for a bigger room where all my luggage was in to be place in a dorm room without my belongings cause i had to...
