Requiring refurbishment. No extras available in room/ bathroom e.g glasses for water, vanity kit, mini bar.
Toilet roll very very thin.
Body wash dispenser was empty.
Breakfast was adequate. Again, very basic.
However, staff were very friendly and attentive."

"I booked a room but all night there were banging doors outside my room as the main corridor door was right next to my room. I was also near the hotel entrance where there was a lot of banging. So not a great night sleep!"

"Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Very friendly and courteous.
Room was spacious and had air conditioning which was a welcome addition as we were there during a heatwave! We found the bed very hard and most uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean and with nice toiletries.
I cannot recommend the food. The menu is quite small. The food is poorly prepared. My husband had chilli con carne which was clearly microwaved and quite bland. I had a Caesar salad which I could not eat as it was...
