"The good news, the staff was wonderful, kind, and gracious. The bad news, everything else. 1st, bugs, bugs , bugs, every day I was there ( 5 days) but yhe last one. I had to go to the office to get, a hair dryer, ( suppose to be there according to the website) , bar soap for the shower, hangers, ( none in the room ) and a blanket. The bed was moderately comfortable, the entire room was dingy and in need of a redo. I have NO idea how anyone could have given a 10 in their review. Here's the part that made me kinda laugh: In the breakfast area, the bagels were all halfed and each half was wrapped in cellophane, then there was a sign that read , only 1 per guest, they're so cheap, they don't want to give guests a whole bagel. The employees, who as I said , were all fabulous, deserve a nicer place to work"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I checked in last night around 12 am and checked out at 12:15 am, but it seems the attendant did not check me out when I went back to him to leave. The attendant wasn't very helpful or friendly. The room I was given was absolutely disgusting. I could see the lamp shade was crushed through the window, and when I got inside, there were what looked to be blood spray stains on two of the walls. It looks like they didn't attempt to clean it off. When I went to the attendant, he asked me if it was really blood, like I would make it up. The stains were a dark brown and looked to have been on the walls for a while. I didn't even get fully in the room before I left. I went back to the attendant and told him I would find somewhere else to stay, and he didn't check me out, which, to me, is another red flag."

"This was the worst experience. They overbooked the hotel and switched us to a subpar embassy suites across the street. No notice, no contact and no reimbursement. "

"The outside of the hotel and lobby were clean. The staff were very friendly. The room itself smelled like weed and mold. The sheets were stained. Our door wouldn’t shut and lock unless you slammed it. The deadbolt wouldn’t set. The flip lock completely missed the door so was not functional. There was no housekeeping service. We stayed for one night and checked out early. There were people living in the hotel. A few cars in the parking lot looked like people were living in their cars too. The staff were great, the property was nice, the conditions were sketchy at best. Nevermind the children fighting with Ninja swords in the hallway. "
