"I loved everything about the hotel until I was trying to sleep and was awakened by dog barking. That really really angered me. I do love dogs but I do also believe there's a place for them and at a hotel. I think that there should be a floor dedicated to owners who have pets so I would have given a five-star but I can't because I was really angered and bothered that my sleep was broken and I couldn't go right back to sleep because of the barking dogs"

"The ice machine was not working. No housekeeping was included, although it was stated in the ads that it was to be included. The linen was very thin and limited. The TV would not connect to any network stations. Breakfast was very limited."

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. The water in the bathroom never got hot and remained lukewarm the entire stay. Cleanliness was a major issue—there was dog food under and beside the couch, and the shower had noticeable hair buildup, including large clumps that had to be removed. Even more concerning, there appeared to be black mold around all four sides of the shower. We also noticed signs of termite activity, including what looked like swarming termites and visible termite damage under the window in the room. To top it off, there were dead wolf spiders in the corners. Overall, aside from the parking, this stay did not meet basic cleanliness or maintenance expectations."

"Rooms were very clean with daily service to make beds, etc. generous size towels, nice shower and breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly! Would definitely stay there again. "

"Had an awesome stay…only issue was there were 4 people in the room and only 2 washcloths and no linens for pull out bed…. called the front desk but didn’t receive for hours-finally had to go to the desk to request items which were then delivered within minutes…other than that-awesome-kids loved the pool and tasty breakfast"
