"The staff is very friendly and informative. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool had privacy from the road and surrounding businesses. Towels and pool noodles were provided by the hotel. I don’t think the pool was heated which didn’t bother my granddaughter in the least but us older folks found it too chilly to completely enjoy. "When we got to the Hotel our reservation was canceled. I had reserved this room a month in a half in advance. We never received a cancellation email or a phone call. We came into town for Adidas Track Nationals and there wasn't a room within 68 miles of the event. I will never stay here or reserve a room at any of their motels."

"At front door and into lobby, looked like high end property. It kind of is, no offense meant. Desk person was prepared and helpful. Loved our room. Nice decor and furniture. Bed was clean, fresh and comfortable. Room cooled well and was quiet.It was very dark and quiet and conducive to rest. Stayed elsewhere in Kville for more money. Will be back to BW. Will try exercise room and pool next trip and let u know."

"Let me say this. This hotel uses screenshots or duplications from the days in up the road. Their hotel rooms look nothing like they show. They also use the comments from the days in up the road. These rooms are dirty, bedsheets were filthy. The hairdryer was hanging out of the wall Went to plug it in and sparks flew everywhere. There’s no security latch on the door at all. There were people in the parking lot drunk and doing drugs. Couldn’t use the pool because it was dirty and not taken care...

"The area was so trashy! The hotel was sketchy! The room was dirty, we saw a crack pipe in our room. Only stayed because it was a short stay and we couldn’t get refunded"

"By the time I got off work to come get my key me and my baby where outside and a gentleman says he stays on the property but can't give me a key so we couldn't stay I have been calling the hotel but some one keeps hanging up on me I need a call immediately"

"We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. "
