"At front door and into lobby, looked like high end property. It kind of is, no offense meant. Desk person was prepared and helpful. Loved our room. Nice decor and furniture. Bed was clean, fresh and comfortable. Room cooled well and was quiet.It was very dark and quiet and conducive to rest. Stayed elsewhere in Kville for more money. Will be back to BW. Will try exercise room and pool next trip and let u know."

"The staff is very friendly and informative. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool had privacy from the road and surrounding businesses. Towels and pool noodles were provided by the hotel. I don’t think the pool was heated which didn’t bother my granddaughter in the least but us older folks found it too chilly to completely enjoy. Our room was well stocked with towels and toiletries. I would have preferred a real door on the bathroom but I understand it was for esthetics and served as...

"Everything was great except no coffee maker in room, I was also near a back entrance/exit so that was noisy at times. I don't recommend those rooms.The bed was great, room clean, liked staff, breakfast nice. I would stay again."

"The sheets were clean but the walls and bathroom could use a deep cleaning. There was lots of dust, dirty spots on walls in the bathroom, shower, mirrors, toilet and lamp shades. We had two rooms and both were similarly dirty. Pool wasn’t clean either - cloudy water and green along steps. The breakfast area was clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly."

"Asked for room to be cleaned, they never came. We were there 3 nights. Pillows and bed very uncomfortable. Loud people yelling and carrying on in the hallway late at night. Do not recommend."

"When we got to the Hotel our reservation was canceled. I had reserved this room a month in a half in advance. We never received a cancellation email or a phone call. We came into town for Adidas Track Nationals and there wasn't a room within 68 miles of the event. I will never stay here or reserve a room at any of their motels."

"Property is in the Old Salem downtown area… area was OK, but seemed to be a lot of police presence, and some homeless frequenting the property!! Room was clean and offered ample space, customer service was fantastic!!"

"Hmmm. So I had a very specific issue happen with cleanliness and it was the absolutely only cleanliness issue that happened. I'll spare sharing it because I really hope that it's a once in a lifetime issue. My stay was okay besides that. No flares or anything specific but decent hotel in a quiet location."

"What an awesome historical Inn, with charming meet and greets.. wine and cheese in the gorgeous bar and warm cookies and milk in the parlor. Our room was beautiful and had exposed brick so authentic. Just loved it."
