"We were disappointed with a few things. We got there at 7:33 pm and no front desk check in person was present. Front desk was closed so you have to call them on the phone. Expedia info said 9 pm. The lady that had to come check us in appeared to be a bit put out for having to do it. Front desk wasn't open until 9 am so trying to get info or extras was a bit of a task. No coffee maker or dishes in the room was also unpleasant. Maybe we missed it in the descriptions but I have never been to...

"We were not greeted with a friendly way. We were treated like a nuisance. Our room was worn down. The box spring covers had rips. There were scratches all over the walls. The bedside outlets did not work; neither did the phone or clock. There was garbage under the bed. There was no patio furniture on the balcony. The breakfast the next morning was very disappointing.
