"Pleasant and helpful staff"

"Place was very nice and in good condition even though it has not been fully redone. Bed was awesome. Water is shower nice and hot. Tub was not very nice - could not take a bath as the plug was missing and the tub really needed to be replaced. Rugs were not vaccumed well. Kikja and Dennis at the front desk were very nice and helpful and the weekday breakfast attendent was super nice. "Older buildings but seemed ok inside. Room was a nice size. Good but busy location. Structure is showing its age. I had to use an elevator due to disability in mobility. I was told to park by the second door. When I entered the building there was NO sign to tell you which way to go for elevator. And then at the 2 nd floor there was NO direction to which way my room was located. There were 3 corridors but no room numbers on the wall to know which way to go. Very bad in my opinion. "This hotel is located in a convenient area with office buildings, well lighted, lots of trees, and several people walking/jogging. Check in went smoothly and we got a quiet room on the 3rd floor (families are on first or second floors). The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Adequate fitness room."

"The staff was a little nice was the older gentleman at the front desk that told me that no one will be there to clean my room up. I have one day I stay from Tuesday to Saturday. He said there would be no housekeeper to clean the room when I asked for towels, I had to go back to my room bring him the dirty towels to receive clean towels. I wouldn’t advise no one to stay at that hotel."
