"We always stay at this hotel. It's in a great spot! It does need some TLC though. I reported Saturday morning to the first shift front desk clerk about the toilet seat being loose, but I was told that I would have to change rooms. We had a conference to attend so we had to go. "I travel quite a bit for work. Honestly, this was one of the hotels I've stayed at in quite some time. The rooms were very nice and well appointed. The bathroom was also very nice and shower just amazing with easy showcontrols, elegant glass doors, and a hidden drain that worked great. "2 firearms went off. Last at 2am. 8 flights to get out. Rough night. First I was put in a handicap king that smelled like wet socks. Someone knew that as there was an air purifier in there. Moved to a room on 8th floor. Beds are lumpy. Sheets itchy. Still the smell but less so. Hotel lobby is nice. Shuttles are nice & ice cold. Shuttle drivers are great!"

"The property was having multiple problems when we were there. The pool pump was out so unusable. The next morning they were having issues and no hot breakfast. They did have cereal, sweet rolls juice and coffee but not the hot breakfast advertised. I can understand one problem but simultaneous problems…makes me wonder about the overall maintenance. The staff was nice, just the way it was."

"Although the guest services were excellent, I ended up moving out after one nights stay. The smell of mold was overwhelming and tiny bugs were bitting me all night. I was afraid to take a shower because of how the fixtures looked. There was also what appeared to be a dried up blood stain on the bed covers. My money was refunded and I was able to immediately move into another hotel where my stay was marvelous. I’m so sorry to make such an unpleasant review."
