The only issue we experienced, that was negative was, a group of young dancers stayed over our final weekend, and we're running each level and pounding on doors for several hours each night and counter staff did absolutely nothing to stop them. They were loud and rude with ZERO oversight."

"Staff when checked in was unfriendly and did not greet or say anything upon arrival. Felt like I was a nuisance for being there. Shower did not have warm/hot water until day left. Room service came once during three day stay. Would not come again."

"Hotel staff was very helpful. There was an issue with Expedia booking, but the staff was able to handle it. The restaurant was amazing. Top quality food and the bartenders get a 5 star as well. Only thing I would point out is the exterior does not compliment the interior. I intend to stay here again."

"The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the new couch, because sometimes they can be soiled. I wished there was a thicker comforter on the bed. Other than that, I had a great stay. Oh, please consider putting safes in the rooms. I talked to the front desk about a safety deposit box as I was checking in, however, we both forgot about it by the end of the transaction. So, I was disappointed when I got to the room but nothing was missing and I felt safe staying there. "

"We chose this location to stay during a youth softball tournament. The primary recently chose it was the fact that it had a swimming pool. When we arrived, there was a sign on the counter, saying that the pool was closed. I had received prior communication regarding the stay, but nothing mentioned the closure of the pool. Needless to say, we had a lot of disappointed young girls."
