"The advertised restaurant and bar was not open. Breakfast advertised as 7.00am-9.00pm when booking was changed to 7.00am-8.-00am. Ni infomation folder in room or hairdyer. Staff no paticularly helpful or friendly. Would not recommend."

"Super Staff, friendly, helpful and were interested in why we were staying. Last September I ruptured my Achilles Tendon, this is still causing problems and the young lady on Reception - who also had a problem with a broken arm - was extremely helpful and we had a discussion with regards to how life is very difficult with limbs that are damaged! Lovely room - although the shape led to an odd small window and a large wall that gave the impression a window had been removed! We had a lovely time...

"Stayed here for a wedding as a family of four. Very nice room, a little bit on the expensive side but weighing up a taxi home 40 miles and breakfast it worked out about the same. Breakfast was very good. The drinks at the bar were a bit on the expensive side at £8 a pint but what can you do "

"I chose to stay at this property due to the location, for that it was perfect, extremely close proximity to Nottingham and a great stop off on my journey. The downsides. First off, given the price of the room, I wasn't expecting much at £80 a night, but I certainly was expecting more. Upon opening the door to the room I was met with a foul odour that stayed with me for the whole night. Walls were marked from where prior customers have rubbed their luggage against the walls, the bath plug was...

"Spacious well equipped room. Quiet inside the hotel and very little noise heard from the adjoining M1. Plenty of parking. Excellent breakfast with quality produce and helpful staff to assist if required. "
