"Clean rooms and easy access around town "

"The staff was great very patient and understanding. I thought check in time was at 11am but it was at 3pm. He was checking the status of the rooms for us. He offered us to stay until they were ready. We ended up going to a nearby mall. The rooms were spotless and smelled nice. There was a nice note left for us as well. "This stay would have been a 5 star, but the elevator was out for my entire visit. I was on the 4th floor and carrying up luggage and taking that trip up and down every day or when I needed to quickly leave, was not convenient. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was great."

"We stayed there for one night when we visited San Antonio. The staff was real nice. The room was fairly clean although it had a slight odor probably because of the AC. Breakfast contained boiled eggs, bagels, donuts and cereals, so was quite filling. Downtown San Antonio was less than half an hour so we could visit the Tower of the Americas at night without any problems and then came back by midnight to rest. Overall, would recommend the place for family stay. Not a high end hotel but definitely...

"Everything costs extra. Room has no blow dryer, no coffee, no cups or anything that can go in the microwave. You have to take out your trash. Breakfast is very sparse - I had oatmeal in a coffee cup. There was coffee but no half and half, only syrupy creamer. Clean, quiet, nice staff but i would not stay again"

"Clean room. Staff gave me a fan for night time noise filter, which I appreciated very much. Parking was limited due to construction, but thankfully that was the only construction related issue I had which was understandable. Breakfast was great. Staff courteous and friendly. "

"During my 3 day stay breakfast was great!! The pool was clean and amazing! The room was clean and neat!! AC and Hot water was perfect!! Beds and pillows were comfy!!
