"The pictures for this place are very deceiving! There were exposed wires hanging out of the wall from the missing smoke detector. There was no furniture to sit on besides the bed that had a huge dip in the middle. For some reason, there were too many fridges, But I wasn’t too keen on putting anything in them. I booked this hotel through web for 5 days and I did not realize that no refund for cancellation or modification. On the first day of checking in, the hotel has already charged my credit card upfront for full 5 day. "Convenient location near shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly. The room and bedding looked shabby and dusty and the tv and fan didn’t work. I could live with that, but then I found several ticks in the room. When I tried to tell the staff the next morning during check out, they just seemed to blow it off and said the room would be cleaned. I wasn’t trying to complain, but if there’s a chance of a bug problem, I thought they should be aware."

"Checking in was easy, however the property does not look like the pics. The room was dirty with ants in the bed had to be moved to a different room. The shower was not usable, there were stains in the shower and the water pressure was low. The room had a funky smell to it. After being switched to a different room it was a slight bit better. No bugs, still had a smell to it. The lights and tv didn’t work. I’m glad I only had to stay one night. Probably won’t book again."

"There was plenty of parking available when we arrived on Thursday and I had no concerns about the safety of the car. When we checked in the staff noticed that I had booked a room with a single bed for my sister and I and let us take a room with two beds at no extra charge which was so nice! Our room had a view of the ocean and it was clean with comfortable beds, a fridge, and microwave. The location is great since you can walk right onto the beach or to Golden Gate park, and the N Judah line...
