"The location was pretty good. The room not particularly clean. We asked for a vacuum to clean the floor. The hairdryer in the unit was burned/melted. When we asked for a replacement, we were given another old appliance that sparked and smelled like it was burning. They said that was all they had, so we were without a hairdryer. They also had no soap or body wash. For the price we paid, we would have expected more. We were disappointed."

"Had a very comfortable and stress free stay during a busy week in South Lake Tahoe. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, and let me keep my car parked there past my check out time, when parking around Stateline was at a premium. Appreciate the location, cleanliness and quiet setting, would definitely stay again."

"It took 40 minutes to check in because there was only 1 staff member. Nobody around for bags or valet.
The staff working at their ‘breakfast cafe’ was awful."
