"If you book with expedia.ca you get vip treatment like late checkout which for us was 2PM. Especially since our cruise was leaving at 5 PM and was only 5 minutes walk to the cruise terminal. Our view was of the water which was very nice."

"Fabulous location. Lovely Grace garden area for sitting in the sun and enjoying the peace. Kitchen areas to prepare food and eat. Can get utensils and pots, pans etc from front desk.Lovely staff. No kettles in rooms but can use in kitchen areas. Comfortable room. No problem sharing bathroom with adjoining room guests. Very helpful staff at reception"

"Hotel and staff were great, room was very comfortable and clean. Location was excellent and although I felt very safe others may need to be aware that there is a lot of heavy drug use and homelessness in the area."

"Great hostel experience. The common spaces and shared bathroom were very clean (in fact, I saw staff clean multiple times per day during my stay). I stayed in the 4 bed female-only dorm and had a pleasant experience. The beds were sturdy and comfortable. The room even had AC. The hostel provides towels and the showers have shower gel and shampoo which is a big plus. The free breakfast was good (a variety of breads, hard boiled eggs and fruits/veggies). I would definitely stay here again."
