"Staff was not friendly during our check out but very nice during our check in (different staff). Size of Family room is quite average for 3Adults, 1 young adult and 1child, we couldn't open wide for our baggage, have to squeeze, but is ok. Washing machine and dryer has to be queue up for long and take turn many time since they only provide 3units only the highest floor and some more the dryer is not functioning well. The balcony area at the highest floor is relaxing. We might stay here during...
