"Hotel is located in a residential neighborhood. Very quite and had a community feel. Tue downside is that you have to walk for 10-15 minutes to the nearest bus stop or train station. Very close to Kyoto Imperial Place and Nishiki Market. (15-18 minutes walk). The property itself is clean and the whole apartment is spotless! No complains."

"Everything you see in the pictures is true. Fantastic rooms that kids loved bc of the bunk beds. We loved it for the lo-fi relaxed experience. Each staff is amazing! They are so helpful and courteous. A few blocks from the train station and super accessible via bus to town. Will stay again!"

"The property is nearly new. It is only 5 minutes walk to the bus stop and 15 minutes from Kyoto station. Everything was clean and perfect except room spaces. We are a family of 4 adults and it was really small for us. There is a small kitchen but no place to sit, no table. It is good for sleeping only. "

"An amazing experience given the apartment had a private onsen, but the multiple rooms were amazing along with a decent sized fridge free washing machine and coffee machine. Everything about the room was just amazing though next time I’ll bring friends to share all the space with seeing as it holds up to 8 people it would be the perfect headquarters for a longer trip"
