"The stay was great for family of 4! Very nice room."

"The location was good enough and convenient for getting around. The room was more spacious than most hotel rooms in Japan, which we really appreciated. Having a washing machine inside the room was also a great feature. Since we usually ate out, this was not an issue for us, but guests planning a longer stay and intending to cook may find the kitchen equipment quite limited. Overall, we had a good experience and would consider staying here again."

Had to pay an extra tax that was not disclosed during booking, It cost us an extra $4000 yen for our stay. When checking in instructions were given to us on how to access, but when we get to the property there was no key box to be found, guess what, the key box was inside the building we needed access to. The code they gave us to enter was not registered, had to call and gain access to the building to...
