"They say Free shuttle between hotel and Exhibition Center during Canton Fair - there is only 2 shuttle they provide in the morning thats it . If you go to breakfast around 9am you won't get Juice, Eggs, Jam and many others things and when you ask they will say its finished Its totally unacceptable you pay for breakfast and you won't get proper breakfast"

"Location was 5/5 right near Beijing rd, elevator is super slow and crowded, smokey supposedly non-smoking rooms, not the cleanest, fridge has stains, floor was sticky and dirty, walls were dirty, bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, hot water runs out in the shower so shower in the mornings, but view was nice and front desk service was top tier 10/10, they helped us out a lot booking taxis and getting parcels. Very easy to work with. Note: Washer ONLY no dryer, drying rack, clothes line."

"Absolutely loved my stay at ECHIC Mercure International Hotel! The downtown location is perfect—close to the Canton Fair complex, yet quiet and comfortable for family time. The hotel has a stylish, modern design that really stands out. The front desk team was incredibly warm and welcoming, and check-in was fast and efficient. Our room was spotless and well-appointed, and the thoughtful service throughout made us feel right at home. We're already looking forward to staying here again on our next Canton Fair trip. Highly recommended!"
