"The staff was amazing, always willing to help and greeted you with more than a “hi.” My daughter was stung by a jellyfish and a staff member offered her and our other kids an ice cream on him to help her feel better. The pool was refreshing and clean, along with provided towels poolside. There as a variety of complimentary breakfast options, all of which we tried were delicious! Definitely would stay again!"

"Great location, right on the ground level. Parking was a breeze, literally parked 20-30 feet from the room. The room had plenty of space for 6 of us (2 adults, 3 teenagers, and one 10 year old). The back patio had plenty of space to hang out with a full size patio dinner table. Open the back gate and you're 10-15 feet from the hot tub and pool. The hot tub was lukewarm at best, but wasn't a deal breaker for us. The pool was pretty basic but never felt overcrowded like a lot of other places we've...

"The only downside was the room key access failed countless times throughout the stay which required a significant walk to the front desk to replace the cards only to return to the room and the new cards didn’t work either. This happened multiple times. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she is in a meeting however, she would call me when she’s available (this was my second day out of seven days) and I never heard from a manager. Significant inconvenience otherwise enjoyed the property."

"Based on our room rate we expect a bit more than we found when we arrived. Not an awful place, just not planning to be a repeat customer at the price we paid this visit. Would consider if it were half the price we paid."
