"The place was clean and safe ! The parking lot was well lit and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Will Definitely stay here again"

"Very clean"

"We loved our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds comfy. The concierge were very helpful and personable. Ine of the best breakfasts we've had at a hotel stay. The pool was very enjoyable and almost warm. We wished we had time to use the bowling lanes, the mini-golf and the arcade. We highly recommend this hotel."

"It was a good stay, no complaints."

"Got a free upgrade due to renovations and the front desk attendant was absolutely lovely"

"Overpriced for what you get. Very basic minimal rooms and amenities, the price we paid was far too much for what we got."

"We had such a great stay at White Oaks! One thing that really stood out to us was how thoughtful the staff were. When we were checking in, one of the staff members heard that we were celebrating my sister's 16th birthday, and we were so surprised to find a little treat waiting for her in the room! "A wonderful, historic building in a quiet little town, near Niagara Falls and Niagara-by-the-Lake."

"We are very happy to stay here. It is close to most everything. Walkable to the falls. The room is awesome and they provide in bed breakfast. Love it!"

"Everything was great!"

I didn’t understand how she shuttle schedule works. We were once told to wait 1.5hrs for a ride into town, yet the shuttle SUV was just sitting there. Besides that one time, the shuttle service worked great. We had room 209 and the receptacles by the night tables were at the extreme far corners of the room, so you couldn’t charge your phone and...

"Clean room, great area right next to winery, exceptional breakfast and hospitality"

"A lovely property just a few blocks from the centre of NOTL. Comfortable beds and a good size room and en-suite. Cosy lounge area and although we didn’t use a lovey outside sitting area. Great breakfast and wonderful hosts. Felt like we were staying with friends! Thank you"

"Five star experience. From the rooms to the breakfast to the service to the views. Five stars all the way."

"Very clean and nice quiet place."
