"From arrival to departure we couldn’t fault this hotel . Staff was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble . Room spacious, clean , good facilities . Ate in the restaurant which was great and the breakfast was full of choice and plentiful. Left early on the last day and we were given 2 cool bags with wide variety of foods . Highly recommend staying here ."

"Plain room. Carpets definitely need to be steam cleaned. Very minimal amenities. Good for an overnight waiting on a flight, but would not recommend for a lengthy stay. The highlight was that the breakfast had a great assortment of foods and beverages."

"** READ & AVOID THIS HOTEL ** We have stayed there many times but now never again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel! The disgusting lack of cleanliness in the room was our main issues. We went to sleep in the bed, we noticed there was no sheet, when we pulled back the fitted sheet it was stained! There was approximately 6 or 7 different stains on the sheet! We complained they sent up cleaning staff & she went to put the new fitted sheet on it also was also stained. Nobody is bothering to check if...

"The fridge and heater in my room didn’t work. Blankets smelt musky and a little of urine. The water went cold about 5 minutes into the shower and no matter how much I played with the temperature, it was ice cold. The keycard stopped working twice, had to get reception to fix it. Can’t really fault them for the guests that were loud, yelling and carrying on until 4am or whoever took my food from the kitchen, unfortunately just added to experience. "Great location near major shopping and restaurants/ cafe with just 10m walking distance. Also next to an MRT and a tram station, making it easily accessible to and from anywhere in the city. Great service by the staff."

"Excellent location for exploring Delft. Spacious triple room for 3 adults. Great breakfast. Central courtyard area only accessible to hotel guests which is perfect for secure bicycle storage. Very helpful reception staff. If you like fine dining try La Tasca, just off the Markt Platz - absolutely outstanding. "
