"Under rated hotel! Nice renovations & modernizations. Clean hotel from the lobby & elevator to the room & fitness center. Comfy beds. Nice pillows! Good size rooms. Only stayed one night but the kitchenette would be great if the stay was longer. Bring your own utensils & cookware though. "

"What a great space. 2 big bedrooms, and a great front porch apace with a hammock to watch the sunrise. Quite street just blocks from the center of downtown Sanford. I've used their properties 8-10 tines and ive never been disappointed. "
