"Well maintained property, easy access to Disney properties without all the congestion. Nice room in great condition. The amount of dogs in the hotel was the worst part, with yappy dogs making noise all hours, always in the hallways and elevators. The staff was apologetic but did nothing. Visitors with dogs should be kept to one area of the hotel, imo."

You can shipnitems ahwad of your stay, which can be very useful. Be ware your shipments couldcend up at another hotel in the area, due to carelessness of Fedex/ups. I had to take two hours to hover over the staff to get the items ww shipped ahead of our stay. They promised an in room celebration for our daughter's birthdaty at checknin and did not deliver.it wasn't somwthing we paid...

Als unverschämt empfand ich es, dass man für das Parken auf dem normalen Hotelparkplatz pro Nacht 28 Dollar (24€) zahlen muss. So etwas habe ich in Orlando noch nicht erlebt, kannte es nur von Miami. In Miami Beach die Tage vorher habe ich für das Parkhaus nur 20 Dollar pro Nacht bezahlt."
