"Expedia messed my reservation they never sent the reservation through to the hotel. then charged me to change the time which the property says there’s no charge within 24 hours of changing dates canceling. The hotel clerk went way over and above to help straighten this out."

"The suite we stayed in was large, comfortable and clean. My adult son slept on the pull out couch and said it was very comfortable. The pool area was nice and it was quiet. For free breakfast everything was made well and clean"

"Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms.
A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean.
Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. "
