Yes, you are staying on a boat however, they make sure you are able to get to your car at whatever time to make it to work at whatever time day or night with free overnight parking. "Was supposed to depart at 6. I showed up at 5:15 and waited until 6 before i started calling their phone number. Had to call 15 times before i got an answer and they said they didnt know i booked it. Said they would have a captain out in 40 minutes. Called me back 20 minutes later to tell me they didnt have a captain. This was 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received a refund. There's either super unprofessional or scam artists."

"Awesome place! Such a cool way to book a hotel. The only thing I would change is just that when someone reserved the houseboat…whoever is texting the tenant could let them know which dock spot it’s in at the time. I accidentally stepped onto a similar boat and the people staying there were like HEY WHAT ARE YOU DOING and I said IM SO SORRY I GOT THE WRONG BOAT WHERE IS THE EMERALD COAST 😂 Other than that…everything is great! Will definitely be renting this houseboat or other houseboats again! "

My boyfriend enjoyed fishing off the front of the boat, I enjoyed sunbathing from the double wide lounger on the top deck and the incredible office area allowed me to do online school work (I was studying for a final the entire week while on board).
