"Great hotel, 9 year old loved the pool with the splash area, made the stay. The bathroom shower in the room was really nice also. There must have been some kind of allergen in the room because it seemed like allergies kicked in when we were in the room for any extended period. "

"The room I stayed in was perfect, for our stay updated and on point, besides there is no Microwave in the room overall Clean room 3326. the balcony @ pool view was amazing pool area on the outside annoying hungry squirrel and birds. With that being said bird mess in an near side of pool a few sticks I stepped on little upset but my son obviously didn't mind he enjoyed that area my daughter stayed on the inner lower level. Staff was amazing bilingual, Very understanding staff. Breakfast I ran in to a stop sign my family enjoyed. Washer an dryer available as well."

"Floors in our room was very dirty and needed swept and mopped. Breakfast was very poor but you could PAY for better food! Staff sat watching children go wild RUNNING in the lobby and running into people and knocking things out of peoples hands and yelling. We had to get up and ask the staff people could they please control the kids and they walked very slow and stood beside the families and really didn’t say anything to them. No receipts when asked for ones. It had potential but we won’t be staying there again"

"The room was clean although there were some areas like the door in the bathroom as it had coffee stains. It was quiet, which was appreciated and had a lot of room. The bed was also very comfortable. I will stay there again. "

"Staff was not helpful at all. We stayed for 5 nights and the room was never cleaned during the stay. The only thing that was done was the king bed was made once. The garbage was left and the kids beds weren't made. We were only given 3 towels for a family of 5. When called front desk it rang twice and went dead. Went down and the lady working sighed and said I guess I can get more like it was a huge inconvenience. The pool area was never cleaned. Towels and forgotten stuff were there the whole 5 days. The towels were never replenished on the pool area. Would not recommend. Not good. And the hot tub lights were burnt out so it was pitch black."
