"Our check-in was fast & the view from our room was great! Cristina assisted us & even took the time to help us with contacting our taxi driver when we lost our passports. Fortunately, the driver came back to the hotel & returned it to us. Thanks again to Cristina, she really showed concern and did everything possible to help!"

"The bedrooms are aged and in need of refurbishment. The location and views are lovely and dining hall clean but for the cost of the room I would have expected better quality. The pillow was non existent. We arrived late and reception closes at 11pm and no one appears to be available after this time to allow check in or on site to deal with any issues should they arise."

"Magnifique vue sur le lac. Le personnel est insuffisant : une seule personne fait des allers-retours entre le spa et la réception. L’hôtel aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement, car il fait très vieux. Aucune trousse de toilette n’est mise à disposition ; au vu du prix de la chambre, je pense que des pantoufles ainsi que quelques cotons-tiges ou disques de coton ne seraient pas de trop. Sinon, la chambre était très propre."

"It would be nice to have a bigger fridge. There was no coffee maker and not enough garbage cans. (They were tiny). The steam room was not working and the pool gone. (Under renovation). The restaurant had limited selection and no late night options. The room was good but we were next to elevator. The hair dryer plug doesn’t fit in socket and the sink didn’t drain."

"Situé dans un cadre très calme et magnifique, il est situé à quelques minutes à pied de la gare des Champs du Moulin. Alternativement, vous pouvez l'atteindre après une randonnée de Noiraigue à travers le Gorge de l' Areuse, c'est un peu plus longue, mais magnifique. J'ai passé un séjour très agréable dans ce bel hôtel, la chambre était propre et le processus d'enregistrement et le paiement au départ était simple.
