Fantastic location a block away from Fukushima station. Breakfast was good, but the space is tight, making a buffet hectic for much of the morning. Little engagement with staff due to the layout, but they were polite and helpful when we did.

Great location, easy to get to everywhere with trains downstairs. It rained a few days while were we there but we had no problems because the trains were downstairs and we also travel through the underground walkways. Nice room, although compact but not tiny. Comfy beds and nice quality linens. Polite staff. We didn't take the breakfast option, but we had a small fridge & kettle in the room to make our morning coffee. Nice central location.
