Property was in a great location and handy to get around. The only negatives I can fault is a noisy upstairs neighbor who seems to move furniture around at early hours and late evenings - which is quite annoying when trying to get to sleep. We missed 2 nights due to typhoon and flight delays property was kind enough to refund and very much appreciated. A detailed clean/dusting would make this an immaculate holiday stay.

I love to recommend this place. It is a little far from nanba station(20minutes walk) But is pretty good place to access DOTONBORI(Tour place in osaka) It is really nice and clean. 5 people are staying in here, it was very nice. I recommend this place, specially for Family.

While I wouldn’t say it was a luxury stay, the apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine and great air con. The beds were ok, even the sofa bed was pretty comfy when made up. We were a party of four adults and an eight year-old. We’d definitely stay here again. The area was super busy and constant with people and traffic, however the room was still pretty quiet. Everything was accessible; we found at least two supermarkets, lots of laundromats (we used to dry our clothes), and endless convenience stores. Lots of things to do and see within walking distance, including access to train stations. We felt quite safe at all hours of the day and night, and didn’t see or hear anything to cause us concern. We’d completed the pre check-in so on arrival it was easy to get our key and room number.

It was a pleasant stay! The property was just right for our family’s accommodation. Clean, and the necessities are provided for. Walking distance to shopping areas and local restaurants. Easy non-face to face check-in and check-out. The only thing I was concerned about was security, but we had a great time during our 2 nights stay.

Man we loved this place. It was the perfect location to walk to Dotonbori in 5 minutes and also about the same distance from the subway station. It's on the 8th floor, so it's quiet with a good view. It's also very spacious; you won't feel cramped, and I like how the toilet room was far from the living area and a separate room from the sink/shower area. Tons of options for convenience stores, restaurants, and of course the world-famous Dotonbori district. I would not hesitate to stay here again next time we are in Osaka.

Love the space! With a family of 5, there is ample room for everyone and space for 4 big luggages and loads of shopping bag. I stayed for 12nights, and tne only con was that there isnt room service where the rooms get cleaned. It got a little dusty after a week and got a bit uncomfortable. But overall, great place and location. We enjoyed it.

4 out of 5 stars.. 7 of us, just got out of the airport and tired, Check in part was all done online, so internet access is a must, mine internet was slow so check in didn’t go as smooth.. But when finally got in, the room was as described, walking distance to Dontobori and Fish market..Communication was done online. Would stay again.. Cons: check in didn’t go as quickly, specially when your tired from long plane ride

I'll start this review by saying that I would stay here again but there were a couple of annoying things about the property. It's obvious we stayed in one of the apartments that others reviewed because we had the squeaky floorboards in front of the toilet door. The toilet was really tiny, so if you have mobility issues, this is probably not the apartment for you. We also had the people upstairs from us continuously moving chairs all night. We were so tired we mostly slept through it, but a couple of times when we got up at 2am, the folks upstairs were still moving around. Check-in wasn't as smooth as it could have been but the staff were super responsive and helped us get in. We didn't have any of the problems with mold or smelly drains that people mentioned below, but if you're going to stay in a Japanese apartment, you should make yourself familiar with all of the things that are different in bathrooms especially.

Nice place near Dotonbori. Perfect for tourists. We were a family of 6 and fit comfortably. Metro stations were nearby and lots of shopping and food options. Floors near the bathroom were a bit creaky, which disturb d my kids sleep in the middle of the night. I wish there were drawers to organize clothes in. We mostly had to keep everything in our suitcases. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. It’s not a 5 star hotel. It’s a comfortable and safe place to stay after a long day out. Overall it was good and I’d recommend it.

The property is located centrally to Dotonbori area and easily accessible to the subways. The area is safe and quiet. With a family of 4, we appreciated the separate rooms for toilet and shower. The kitchen was well equipped for light meals. NEGATIVE: One of our duvets had multiple blood stains. We asked for a new blanket but none arrived. Also, their communication was not timely and when we asked for a new blanket, they asked for pictures to be sent. However, the email address they sent was not useable and even though I requested a resend of their email address, there was no reply. Apartment was generally clean although a bit dusty. Unfortunately, we take HYGIENE AND HEALTH SAFETY very seriously, especially given the blood stains were quite fresh looking. The property did not take care of this matter and we were very displeased with their poor communication to correct this matter.

Mold in bathrooms. Stained sheets. One bed you can feel the springs in your back. One bed you sank into the middle. Lots of younger people because of the cheap price and thin walls so you can hear a lot. It’s unmanned so no one to complain too unless you want to go upstairs to their room.
