Love the room size and amenities provided. It was a home away from home with everything needed. The room was clean and spacious. Perfect for a family of 4-6 pax. The hot tub was perfect, and a lot of things were within walking distance. Train stations were a few minutes away, and getting an Uber or an airport shuttle was quick, with less than 5 minutes' wait! Check-in was all done electronically with access codes. There was no room service or front desk staff, yet when needed, the staff was very attentive to respond to WhatsApp and email requests. Thank you for an awesome stay, and we look forward to staying at SkyLiving Namba again!

整體越來越差，我已住過多次，客房提供的用品越來越少，最初是有吸塵機的，早幾次開始已經沒有了。今次個電視竟然無訊號，跟客服溝通又出問題（唔知道係佢唔明中文還是日文）一直好似鬼打牆一樣的回覆及處理，到最後就是要分2天上來才處理好。雖然客服的態度好好。

Stayed here for 2 nights with my 2 university age children. Well equipped apartment within walking distance to Dotonbori area. Grocery store and 7-11 very close and easy access to metro. My daughter and I slept in the bed. Pull out couch not super comfortable for my son so maybe a better option for 2 people sharing a bed or a family with smaller children. Fun to do laundry and experience the drying “room”!

Overall, our stay was good; the place was very spacious, and it had all the services we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was also quite central, making it easy to access all the tourist spots. However, we were disappointed with the third bed—the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. We've stayed in other places with sofa beds before, but this one was particularly bad for unwinding after our busy days.

快適でした。 駅からも遠すぎず、近くにもドラッグストアやスーパーなどあるので便利でしたし、家もキレイで過ごしやすかったです。 不満をあげるとすれば、浴室の排水溝に付いていた網ネットが水を溜めてしまい流れが悪かったです。あと、台所のスポンジが見当たりませんでした。 ですが、それでも快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

침대 매트리스가 가라 앉아 있으며, 움직일 때 마다 너무 소리가 나서 와이프가 잠들기 힘들었다. 청소상태도 그리 좋지 않았고, 옆 방에서의 소리가 너무 크게 들려 놀랐다. 체크인도 자동 체크인인데 너무 많은 걸 요구해서 시간이 오래 걸렸다. 전반적으로 높은 평점을 주기 어려운 숙소였다. 평점이 좋아서 예약 했지만 이런 평점이 계속된다면 Expedia를 계속 사용해야 될 지 걱정이 된다.
