Public bath on the top floor was great! The location of this hotel is just steps from the station, which is a couple of stops away from Kansai airport, making it super convenient to wake up and get to the airport within 20 or so minutes!

Newer hotel next to Nankai train station, good public bath, nice view from lounge on top floor. The big problem I had was that my room faced the train station and noise from the P A was too loud. Difficult to sleep, it got quiet after midnight when the station closed. 7-11 downstairs but their not open 24 hours, they open at 6am. I was pleased with the breakfast. Food was above average with a good selection. No airport shuttle, you need to take the train which is a 15 minute ride. Area is pretty dismal, working class, not good for foreigners. Stay in Rinku town instead, its the next station and closer to the airport.

初日の入室時より、浴室、枕より悪臭がありました。4日間の滞在中、窓を開け、換気をして過ごしました。大浴場、露天風呂があり、疲労回復ができます。駅の隣にあり、立地は最高です。 ホテル周辺は、たこ焼きや焼きそば等々を作って売ってるお店、マツキヨ、セブンイレブン、ワッツ等がホテル隣にあり、大変便利です。 周辺には飲食店が多く、朝ご飯も選べます。海の方には青空市場があり、海産物が激安です。海鮮丼は多種類でオススメです。機会があれば、また利用したいです。
