"The staff was so sweet - especially Caeser and the hotel manager/owner. Caeser remembered us every night and would help get the door for us when our hands were full of bags and a sleeping baby as we were entering. The bed and pillows were also EXTREMELY CUSHY!!! I cannot remember the last time I have been so comfortable in a hotel bed, if ever! It is an older hotel, so although things might not be the most up to date, it is cozy, kept us warm during a freak Florida Freeze Watch, and was thoroughly enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again. Very close to the Flamingo Crossings apts for the Disney College Program! I highly recommend for anyone going to visit a DCP Cast Member, especially. "

"We loved the resort. The cottages were comfortable and clean, the pool was amazing and we loved that there was a shuttle to the pool. The best part was the Margaritaville blender in the kitchen! We would totally stay there again."

"Great stay! My kid had a great time. Entry and exit was smooth everyday and we were left alone. The timeshare company took no for an answer at check in. If I had a bad thing to say, it would be that the toilet paper could use an upgrade."

"Room was amazing, all though the jacuzzi jets were dirty so once i turned them on the water got really gross. They need to do better at cleaning. I was certainly disappointed because i got the room for the jacuzzi and didn’t get to use it because it was filthy."
