"あの歌で有名なYMCAに一度泊まってみたくて、NZ入国後の最初の3日間、2人部屋の個室に宿泊しました。 部屋の70%ほどを大きなベッド（おそらくキングサイズ？）が占めているコンパクトな造りで、クローゼットが2つと小さめの冷蔵庫が1台あります。 個人的に嬉しかったのは、作業用のデスクが1台あったことです（ここは重要ポイント！）。Wi-Fi環境も良好で、作業が捗りました。 共用部で言えば、シャワールームとトイレが別々になっているのも良かったです。 共用キッチンはかなり狭めですが、調理器具や食器、カトラリーは一通り揃っているます。 狭い分、他のゲストと自然に挨拶や会話が生まれるので、ホステルらしい交流を楽しみたい人にはむしろ良い環境かもしれません。 24時間オープンのレセプションと冷水器があるのがこの宿の一番よいポイントです。私は良く鍵を部屋に置いたまま外にでてしまうので… 中心地からは少し歩くため、人によっては疲れるかもしれないですね。"

"We loved the property so central to everything Had a great meal at the wobbly Chook as well & the beer was very tasty we purchased two of the beer glasses to remember our stay. Would recommend this hostel to everyone who wants a clean, quiet & lovely place to stay. The staff were all friendly & very helpful as well. Nora Morrissey"

"Loved the quick access to the beach which is breathtaking. Amazing staff. Wifi is extremely patchy if your room is not part of the main building."
