"We were looking forward to eating at the hotel but the restaurant is shut which no one told us before. Despite sending me a PDF about my upcoming trip, encouraging me to eat there. There is no room service available either even though there is a QR card in the room with the room service menu. "

We had to park in a garage of a supermarket and walk with our suitcases through the store’s elevator and walk to the square where the hotel office was located. Also, the bed was rock-hard. "The Hotel Cris is a great hotel. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed and great shower, and the breakfast was fabulous with loads of choices. It would have been good to have a small fridge and kettle in the room and the WiFi didn't work well but I wouldn't let this put me off staying again."

"The hotel is situated near Venezia Mestre station (approximately 6-9 min walk). Nearby is an Italian bakery with exceptional chocolate dipped cookies. The bed was less firm than preferred but still, it was doable for the short duration of my stay (3 days). Very clean bathroom with window with supply of body wash with no shampoo provided so please bring your own. Room was spacious but remained slightly on the dark side despite the turn out of all lights in room; perhaps this is intentional given...

También cuándo llegamos el personal fue super amable y nos ofrecieron una cuna para nuestro bebé. La habitación de muy buen tamaño, limpia y el baño impecable. Lo único es que habían un poco de mosquitos en la habitación. De resto una estancia muy buena, sin duda regresaremos."

"Well positioned in Mestre in a trendy area and two minutes from Piazza Ferretto. Room and bathroom were modern, minimalist and very clean. The room was small but all that I needed as I was only going back there to sleep. The squeaky shower door was the only issue!"
