"Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service..."

"The property is oceanfront right on the sand. There is no one at a front desk to contact for anything. We received a few texts from someone regarding a parking pass but that was it. Thankfully we didn’t need to contact anyone for assistance during our stay. The room was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and it had a full kitchen. We would definitely stay there again."
