"Wasn’t really impressed at all with how things are done - they don’t communicate that you need to have a card on your room to do anything. I almost missed a massage because they refused to let me get it until I’d paid but I was in a robe and slippers at reception having to sort out!"

"Hotel is in a residential area, down the hill from the old town. We liked the peace and quiet. There is a great grocery store and coffee shop just round the corner. The hotel itself is not quite as quant as I expected. It was a bit of a maze, room we were in was modern, idiosyncratic decor."

"Great location - nice property - and great staff. Also gives you acessation to a very good gym just steps anway. Only reason not to choose Hotel Teatro is if you prefer a larger hotel with gathering spaces, bars, etc."

"Brand new, well located in the middle of everything but quietly tucked between a block of buildings. This is typical of Warsaw architecture. Old town is a quick walk away. Many museums are a close walk. The restaurant is high end. Rooms and beds are magnificent. There is a rooftop bar which is popular and small, so there is usually a wait. Lovely bikes available and other amenities. I always stay here on my Warsaw trips."

"Hotel staff and facilities were 5 star all the way. The pool and spa are a must see and use as is the restaurant and Cozy bar. Location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to every major area and attraction. 5 nights were not enough."

"Hotel room was a decent size with tons of storage and an efficient A/C unit. I liked the high ceilings and big window. The black out blinds were wonderful and it was super quiet. I really appreciated the face clothes in the bathroom and the large shelf for all our toiletries. The bed was quite small but comfortable and I would have preferred a walk in shower to the bathroom with the circular fabric shower curtain but I would totally stay again and recommend. Its proximity to the old town...

"Bon emplacement, personnel agréable, les capsules et les sanitaires sont propres. Le seul bémol est que les capsules ne sont pas bien insonorisées donc on entend les autres capsules s'ouvrir et se fermer, mais ils distribuent des bouchons d'oreille à la réception. Aussi le volet roulant de la capsule laisse passé un peu de lumière. Mais j'ai passé un très bon séjour et le rapport qualité prix vaut le coup."

The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. We highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Warsaw. "
