Cari Cottage di Otis Orchards-East Farms

"We needed an extra room and there was no problem getting it and then after our day, we had an emergency and they didn’t charge us for the last day! That doesn’t happen very often we stay at the sleep and every time we go see our grandsons."

"The staff was very helpful to my boyfriend. He had purchased some boats to play in the pool with the grandkids and we didn’t have batteries and the person at the front desk hooked him up. My grandsons were so happy. We were on a very tight schedule for the weekend. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and professional. What a great stay."

"Needed an overnight on the way to North Cascades and this was in a good spot. Front desk was helpful. Was able to do a few loads of laundry. Enjoyed the cider place down the street. Breakfast was ok, nothing special."

"Clean room"

"Everything was excellent. One of the best hotel gyms I have ever stayed at. Very clean and well kept rooms and the property as a whole."

"It's a great hotel. Amazing staff and great restaurant. I do wish other guest had more respect for other guest. Hanging out in the halla AC unit in the room was blowing a lot of dust which caused some coughing and tv remote was super sticky which was nasty. I do wish the pillows were more firm. They're way too soft"
