Everything was exceptional. Did not use the communal spa because we had a private spa in the room with a beautiful view of the lake. Hotel had a shuttle to the train station.

チェックインの連絡をしたら部屋は取ってないと言われたり、子供も指定してるのに浴衣すらない。 VIPで予約して駐車場も伝えられたホテル前でははなく1番遠い駐車場。荷物を取りに行く際に出入り口は閉まってると伝えられ雨の中を遠回りした歩いてたら、他のスタッフには開いてると言われ戻るはめに。マッサージを頼んでも予約すれば時間をずらされた上にタバコ臭のキツい方が来られました。支払いが現金なのもサービス後に言われATMへ行く始末。何度も謝られるだけで、どんどん最悪な展開になっていきましたがVIP宿泊費の会計だけはしっかりと払わせて頂きました。

Das Zimmer war wirklich schön und komfortabel mit einem tollen Blick auf den See. Das Highlight unseres Zimmers war natürlich die private heiße Quelle auf dem Balkon. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war eher japanisch ausgerichtet und sehr lecker. Das Wifi Signal in unserem Zimmer war leider sehr schwach, womit kein bis kaum Internet darüber zur Verfügung stand. Durch die Sonneneinstrahlung hat sich das Zimmer leider teilweise stark aufgeheizt und die Leistung der Klimaanlage konnte das nicht abfangen. Der Lawson im Erdgeschoß ist sehr zu empfehlen und hat eine tolle Auswahl an Waren.

二つのお部屋が垂直に位置していて、男女で使い分けたい場合などは便利だと思いました。家族で使うには、難しかったです。部屋風呂は最高！月が湖面に映り、幻想的な風景が見られました。

그냥 구글 맵에서 콕 찍어서 갔던 소도시 호텔인데, 온천수가 대박이었음. 뜨겁지도 차갑지도 않으면서 온천수 특유의 미끌미끌함과 맑은 물인데, 잠깐만 들어가 앉았다 나와도 피부가 매끈해지는 최고의 온천수임. 주변 풍광도 호수와 어우러져 너무나 멋짐. 조용하게 하루종일 뒹굴거리다 오기에 딱 좋은 호텔입니다. 식사도 좋았어요.
